I had planned to fly to Paris for Guillaume's event But was too busy looking after our clients 🙌 ( So I settled for the Webinar recap ) PS: Next time, I’m definitely flying to Paris though ! For those, that live under a rock ... Lemlist is one of those teams, that have MASTERED the “Team Linkedin Omni Presence” playbook Indeed, a large number of the team Rox, Tal, Kevin, Charles … all post on their personal Linkedin. This has multiple benefits : → It spreads the “trust” perceived from the founder to the rest of team (Extremely important in B2B) → It duplicates reach for marketing and driving leads → It enhances all sales activities ( As people always look up companies before engaging with them ) → It also plays into attracting great talent, as other cool people get a sneak peak into the company & our values AND → It’s a digital CV for everyone, that follows you for your whole career (An Insurance policy if you will) → Plus, I’de even say a way to make more connections/friends online ( Which is always cool in a remote setting) So a lot of founders want all the eye balls to be on them… 👎 Well I believe the contrary, that everyone deserves their own little spotlight 🔦 So this event, was the last “declick” I needed to take the time to do this for us. So we’re going to run this playbook for Scalerrs starting next week. Here’s the action plan : → I’m going to pass Lemlist’s peronal branding course to my team (It's extremely good content) → I’ll do some workshops with everyone to help them up skill too → We’ll repurpose different assets across the team ( Giveaways, carousels…) → We’re going to create some cheat sheets for everyone to use (Re usable hooks, frameworks …) → We’re going to create a Notion master content board we can all coordinate inside Really looking forward to kicking this off ✌️

Last week our branding team hosted the monthly ScaleUp webinar focused on branding. Over 130 Chairs attended to learn how to cultivate an authentic and unforgettable brand that drives organic growth. Here are 3 key takeaways from the session: 1. Define your brand in every touchpoint and every interaction (online and in-person) 2. "It's not about what you do; it's about what what you do does for others." 3. The best way to learn what your brand is, is by asking your members or those close to you how they would describe you to others. #Success #Peersupport # Vistage #Marketing #Branding
One of my favorite Vistage programs is our monthly ScaleUp webinars for Vistage Chairs on growth-related topics. Brittany Morines, on my team, expertly collaborates with top Vistage Chairs to share their expertise, best practices, and lessons learned throughout their Chair journey, helping other Chairs grow. Tom Cuthbert, now a resident ScaleUp speaker, has generously presented five times. Each of his presentations is packed with valuable insights, tangible takeaways, and ready-to-use tools from his 12 years of Chairing, all aimed at helping other Chairs achieve a fulfilling Chair Practice. Yesterday's session focused on Branding, a topic close to my heart. Over 130 Chairs attended to learn how to cultivate an authentic and unforgettable brand that drives organic growth. How to know if my VIP week is right for you This is perfect for you if you've got some of the pieces nailed for your launch but there are other areas that are just keeping you stuck spinning your wheels. Maybe you’re… ✷ …spending day after day putting off writing your sales copy. You’ve bought sale email templates but there are still too many blanks to fill in and you’re struggling to know what to write, and how to best write it. You just wish that there were some way to get personalised draft copy written for you so then you could easily get down what you needed to say. ✷ ….super confident with your offer, content and copy but when it comes to setting up all the backend tech and automationS in your course you just feel totally lost. You’re not sure if you’ve missed out any important steps in order to ensure a seamless and amazing experience for your students. ✷ Or maybe you’ve been focused so much on building all the pieces for your launch that now you’re totally confused as to what to do when. Everything you have to do is just feeling like squiggles floating round your head that you can’t piece together. You just want a clear roadmap of what to do when and know that it all fits together. With the VIP Week package, we’re here to take the load off of you so that you no longer have to stress and worry about those final missing pieces and can get them ticked off your to-do list for good! If you’d love to get support nailing down your last launch pieces then DM me and let’s chat. Comment below with any questions you have! #launchmanager #launchsupport #launchsuccess

Who doesn't love that fresh-from-a-conference surge of inspiration?! Shout out to everyone who contributed to making Multifamily Marketing East happen this week. There were so many reasons why I loved this conference. Here's a few: 1. Education first: There were some really engaging and thought-provoking breakout sessions and panel discussions. Breakout sessions were followed by quick mini presentations from each group, so you got the benefit of attending all of them. If you come to conferences to learn and be inspired by some of the thought leaders in the industry, add this one to your list. 2. Great group of suppliers: There were no pitches disguised as sessions; there was a time to learn and a time to talk business with some potential new partners. I had (and heard) a lot of great conversations about what the suppliers are offering and what owner/operators need. Lots of innovative solutions; I look forward to working with many of them in the future. 3. Networking: I caught up with some old friends and familiar faces, and was lucky enough to meet a lot of new ones. I also got to meet some friends in person for the first time -- (Kara Rafferty, CAS, MBA Janet Rosseth 👋) With emphasis on breakout sessions and a great dinner/after party, there was plenty of time to catch up with and get to know the group. 4. Easy travel: As an east coaster, I'm used to a 7-hour trek to and from most conferences. Happy to be home in a couple of hours with no jet lag! Already looking forward to next year.

Keep the excitement brewing with pre-event reminders that act like countdowns to adventure. Once your attendees are signed up, don't let them forget the magic that awaits! Automated emails can do more than just inform; they can tantalize and tease with sneak peeks of what’s to come. Think of each email as a chapter in your event's story, designed to build anticipation and keep attendees hooked. Use vivid language and engaging content to remind them why this is one event they can't miss!
