Often, it’s not a lack of talent or good ideas—it’s a lack of exposure to the business landscape that makes securing those dollars nearly impossible. It’s also about limited access to the networks and gatekeepers who control these resources, which ends up stifling the growth of our “Good Ideas.” But here’s the truth: we are capable of building world-changing brands and creating meaningful impact. What we need is the support of those who understand and believe in our vision for stronger communities. You can't fundraise during the summer holidays ☀️ – wait until September. Fact or Myth? Myth, I say! In Reality, the summer vacation might actually be the perfect time to get VC attention! Believe it or not, some people work through the summer and don’t take holidays in high season😉  With no events and fewer pitch decks flooding their emails, you usually get a lot more attention. I think it’s much easier to secure a meeting during this time. Are angel investors different from VCs? Angels are humans, so it depends on who you’re speaking to. Some are off the grid, and you don’t want to disturb them. However, many angels who normally don’t have time actually enjoy reviewing pitch decks by the pool – multitasking at its finest. 🏖️ Take advantage and get ahead of the founders who start in September! 🚀 P.S. I'm here to make fundraising more transparent.
