12 months ago, we kickstarted a new chapter at VanMoof. Our mission? To get our riders moving. And our commitment? To put riders first – in every single decision we make. Over 12 million rides later, it's time to look back on a year of moving forwards. In 12 months, we’ve onboarded 166 partner locations across 8 countries; delivered over 18,000 spare parts; released 7 new app updates; designed 68 new components and refined our best e-bikes yet. It hasn’t always been easy. We’ve faced tough decisions, unexpected challenges – and learnt countless lessons along the way. But through it all, we’ve become all the more determined to put our riders first. None of this would have been possible without the support from our riders and the collaboration of our new partners. Propriétaire d'un S3 qui a seulement 2 ans, le e-shifter est tombé en panne. Le réparateur agréé VANMOOF me propose la solution préconisée par le constructeur, la seule possible, changer la roue arrière qui intègre le changement de vitesse dans le moyeu. La mort dans l'âme je me résous à dépenser les 400 € demandés alors que toute le monde a le même problème sur le e-shifter, sans aucune aide de Vanmoof. Je récupère mon vélo samedi, j'ai fait 11 km lundi et le vélo est tombé en panne, batterie HS. Et Vanmoof comme le réparateur me disent que ça ne peut pas être lié à la réparation !??? Prix du changement de la batterie : 600 € !!!! Mesdames et messieurs de vanmoof, votre produit est tellement peufiable et votre comportement tellement anti-commerçant que cela en devient du vol ! Clients potentiels, ne faites pas la même erreur, achetez un autre vélo, fiable, construit et entretenu par des gens sérieux.

Nu zorgen dat je ook weer in Rotterdam kunt repareren en dan is het weer echt op orde

I'm so happy I returned mine in time and got a fat tires two seater with a whatever bafang engine. I can repair its widely available components easily and cheaply.

VanMoof will powerbanks for the VanMoof S3 also become available again soon? A lot of customers depend on this tool when living in a city appartment. Thank you again.
