Our company's success depends on the dedication and expertise of our exceptional colleagues.   Meet Therese Liljedahl von Segebaden von Segebaden, who joined Nordic Interim as a partner in 2023.   What made you want to work with Executive Interim Management services? “After close to twenty years within the Executive Search industry assisting clients in finding permanent leaders and experts, I knew that my clients had challenges that needed to be solved here and now by engaging experienced leaders for a limited time. Engaging an interim leader or expert is a “strategic supplement” during challenges and for strengthening the organization no matter what developmental phase is at hand. The multitude of challenges and the possibilities that arise from using Executive Interim Management is what inspired me in to join Nordic Interim.”   What is the USP of Nordic Interim? “Our team is very experienced and has a solid and close relationship with our Interim Managers and clients – no matter if they are based in Sweden or in other parts of the world. With colleagues around the globe in our network Valtus Alliance, we constantly sharpen our ability to present effective solutions to our clients, and interesting assignments to our interim leaders. Even though Sweden is a relatively small market, we get to work with a multitude of clients – from start-ups to well-known multinationals and the Public Sector.
