Salaries were paid in cash at the India location, while in Africa, they were paid every two months. (Red Alert) I strongly advise against going there. If you value your future and time, it's not worth it. If you work in HR, they will also expect you to work as a travel agent and personal assistant. There's zero work-life balance. In my experience, you're expected to work 24x7. If you're not willing to do that, you're seen as unfit for the organization. It's detrimental to your health, personal life, and work-life balance.
