This is based on my practical experience there... They offered you a position as an HR Executive but also expected you to work as an Office boy, making tea/coffee and serving guests. Salaries were paid in cash at the India location, while in Africa, they were paid every two months. (Red Alert) I strongly advise against going there. If you value your future and time, it's not worth it. If you work in HR, they will also expect you to work as a travel agent and personal assistant. There's zero work-life balance. In my experience, you're expected to work 24x7. If you're not willing to do that, you're seen as unfit for the organization. It's detrimental to your health, personal life, and work-life balance.
