2024 has been a great year, with the end of the "Amateur era" of the NCAA as one of the top issues in Sports Law. Here I give you a short insight on the topic.
In our latest blog, “2024: The NCAA Amateur Model Comes to an End,” we explore the pivotal legal battles and settlements, such as the Alston case and the House Settlement, that reshaped the NCAA’s structure. We’re thrilled to share this insightful piece with you. Check it out and join the conversation on the future of NCAA athletics! 🔗 Read the full blog here: https://lnkd.in/dKBX9Jqz
