Every founder I know gets the trade off that Holger Seim, co-founder of Blinkist, talked about recently during our weare3Sixty FounderFuel Live event. The ‘job’ (if you can even call it that) is intense, ever-changing and demands your all. It’s no surprise then that 92% of entrepreneurs say resilience is the number 1 requirement -but how to build it remains somewhat of an enigma. That’s why we’re doing this important piece of Founder Resilience Research, which aims to remove the guesswork and build the first ever playbook for how founders can manage themselves to sustainably perform at their best, stage-by-stage from pre-launch to exit. Help make this the largest study yet on founder resilience and inform education institutions, leaders and policy-makers to shape our entrepreneurial ecosystem for the better by contributing now. And as a thank you’ll receive a year's worth of intimate founder-only events and startup leadership tools for free too. https://lnkd.in/d5CEa_8j

“The most underappreciated and profound leadership trait is curiosity. A leader's curiosity about others, the world, themselves, and their experiences fosters an openness to learn, grow, and the expansion of one's world and vision. Curious leaders become better listeners, ask thoughtful questions to uncover deeper insights and new possibilities, and challenge their own assumptions.” Recently featured in an interview by Dreamers & Doers®, our founder Gokce Gizer Clover talks about her experiences in the tech ecosystem, building Beyond42 and its mission, and her path to entrepreneurship. Here is just a snippet of the advice GG gives to others on their own entrepreneurial journey: • Build a strong support network • Be true and authentic to yourself • Be curious about others, the world, and yourself as a leader Check out the full story, where she dives into these insights, and more > https://loom.ly/nqUFygI #beyond42 #femaleentrepreneurs #femalefounders #dreamersanddoers #entrepreneurship

As part of the panel discussion on sustainable social enterprises during our Official Launch and 5th Anniversary Dinner celebrations, we were privileged to hear inspiring insights from exceptional leaders in the social entrepreneurship space. Adeti M,a KUZA Social Enterprises’ project final Nyakagwa Mahaga Performing Arts, emphasized the vital role of policies as “guiding radars for entrepreneurs,” highlighting that a well-structured strategic business plan is fundamental to the growth and success of any organization. Building on this, Simon Odhiambo, also a KUZA Social Enterprises’ project finalist and founder of Code Sanaa Arts Group, underscored the importance of investing in decision-makers, profoundly stating: “We cannot progress beyond the thinking capacity of our highest decision-makers.” These powerful reflections remind us of the critical need for visionary leadership, robust strategic planning, and clear policies in driving sustainable enterprises and fostering lasting impact. #wevalueyourgrowth
