Team building activities are great opportunities to ➡ develop socialization ➡ share perspectives ➡ form relationships ➡ build trust While all of these outcomes from team building activities are important, answer these questions first: 1️⃣ How are you measuring team performance? 2️⃣ If there is trust among team members, does your team always meet or exceed their goals? My eyes roll hard to the back of my head when I'm forced to participate in "team-building" activities, and I know I'm not the only one. BUT Towner does team-building activities every week, and because of everyone's loathing of said forced interactions, our activities are very much outside of the box. Towner Communications' group chat is frothing over with only emoji communications, and guess this song situations. And an all time team favorite...MURDER MYSTERY NIGHT!
