Email volumes are ramping up FAST as we approach Black Friday. But are you ready to make sure your emails land in the inbox and not the spam folder? Here's how I think you can prepare ahead: #1 List Hygiene Clean out inactive subscribers and remove invalid addresses. A clean list = better deliverability when competition for inbox space is fierce. #2 Make Sure Your Sender Reputation Can Handle High Volume Gradually increase send volume in September and October, and monitor deliverability metrics closely (high bounce rates, low open rates, drill down by mailbox providers). If you can, consider a dedicated IP. In a nutshell, avoid sudden spikes, they trigger spam filters. #3 Focus on Engagement, Not Just Volume Gather insights from your past few months of A/B testing for subject lines, designs, CTAs, and sending time optimisations.
