I have just returned from a wonderful time away with family. When we really look at it, why do we enjoy a holiday so much? It’s because it allows us to find temporary relief from the ego-identity we uphold in day to day life. We experience more presence and freedom. A massive amount of energy goes into the daily process of “being somebody”, and a holiday provides the opportunity to temporarily take off the mask. The constant effort and tension of showing up a certain way, doing more, and living up to a personal narrative falls away. What’s left? Being ourselves. We step outside of the conditioned “me” character and this allows us to experience a greater sense of who we really are. The truth is that we always have access to this source of presence, freedom and fulfilment. Where do you not currently feel free in your life? When we are willing to investigate this for ourselves and face the discomfort that is wanting to be compassionately integrated we are able to expand our capacity to live in alignment and harmony. A few of you reached out asking which AI tools I use to create this content. Sorry to disappoint, I did not use any AI to create this. I used good old fashioned video and audio editing tools and skills which, start to finish, took around 20 minutes. Some of you might say, oh but AI tools would have done this in seconds. While that might be true, the output would look like any other AI results. Not to mention, the creative part of me, enjoyed the process and the satisfaction of having a vision and then creating it.
