In IT, success depends on teamwork—just like how we celebrate Christmas in the Christmas season, everyone comes together to make the December month magical, AS below: Developers build the gifts, just like they build the code. Ops make sure that the sleigh keeps moving with joy, like they check systems running and monitoring. QA makes sure everything is ready on time with good quality, like they do quality checks. The business sets the vision—like Santa showing the direction. But without teamwork, the magic fades: Gifts miss their delivery. The sleigh slows down. Missed smiles and joy on people's faces. The solution is collaboration—the key we follow in Yodhinsolutions. When Dev, Ops, QA, and business work together, we don’t just deliver—we create success and joy for everyone. This Christmas season, let’s bring teams together and make magic happen! If you're ready to take your IT business to the next level with new technology, feel free to contact us! 🚀 Despite being relatively new to the team at Ontop, I'm already blown away by the passion and dedication of everyone here. Joining a lesser-known SaaS company (with some big name competitors) might have seemed daunting at first, but every day, I'm more convinced that we're onto something truly special. In just three weeks, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges of breaking into European markets. It's not easy, but it's incredibly rewarding. What sets us apart is our unwavering belief in our product and its potential to make a real difference. Being part of a team that believes in the product as much as I do has been inspiring. Every meeting, every discussion reinforces my confidence in what we're building here at Ontop. Despite being the new kid on the block, I'm excited about the journey ahead and the impact we're going to make together. Here's to embracing the unknown, seizing opportunities, and making our mark in the industry! #NewBeginnings #SaaS #EuropeanMarket #BelieveInYourProduct #Ontop

🌱 Am I Enough for the “T” in My Title? A CTO’s Journey of Reflection 💻✨ As I sit down to reflect on my role as the CTO of neotiv, a thought keeps circling back to me: Am I truly fulfilling the “T” in my title as CTO? In my role, I managed 5 different teams with a total of 20 employees this year. The teams are divided into Software Engineering, IT, Product, Design, and Software Quality Assurance. To be honest - it's both a privilege and a challenge. A Balancing Act Each team brings its own unique strengths, challenges, and perspectives, but with such a wide array of responsibilities, I occasionally question if I’m doing enough to support them all. Every day, I witness the incredible dedication of my teams. The software engineers are focused on building innovative and robust solutions, the IT team ensures our infrastructure is secure and efficient, Product keeps us in tune with market and user needs, Design prioritizes user experience, and Software Quality Assurance is steadfast in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Reflecting on My Role I realized that being “enough” for the “T” in CTO isn’t just about having all the technical answers. It’s about empowering my teams to excel, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to thrive in their respective areas. I strive to create an environment where open communication and collaboration are the norms, where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to contribute. I’m committed to continuing to support my teams while also embracing opportunities for growth—both for myself and for the organization. I want to ensure that I am not just a leader in title, but a leader who inspires and empowers others to take ownership of their roles. --- To my fellow tech leaders, if you ever find yourself questioning your role, remember: the “T” in CTO isn’t just about being the most technical person in the room. It’s about building a culture of collaboration, fostering talent, and supporting the diverse needs of your teams. Let’s keep asking the tough questions and striving for excellence together! #CTOJourney #TechLeadership #TeamSupport #Empowerment #neotiv

You know how we often assume everyone “gets” the culture after the onboarding? Well, I’ve seen that assumption can lead to surprises down the line. 😬 At Hivel, we recently took a moment to check in on this. Culture can’t be imposed from the top down; it has to align closely with the team’s own values, especially in a startup. We gathered everyone for a culture exercise, during which we role-played certain common but tricky scenarios and discussed how best to respond to them in a way that reflected Hivel culture. For example - “A client reports a severe issue that needs immediate attention, but it coincides with a major product launch. With resources stretched thin, the team is under pressure. What do you do?” It was enlightening and, honestly, pretty fun to see how the new hires’ fresh perspectives aligned with our core values. In classic Hivel style it was full of real talk and laughs. 🙌 Curious to know, how do you folks keep the culture alive and authentic in your teams? Would love to swap notes and learn from each other! #startupjourney #teambuilding #companyculture
