I had a young couple moving, it was their first time moving in together. Me and the the female who was moving in we were super excited to like find her an apartment talking about how to decorate. She ended up leasing on the spot. We were talking back and forth the whole time. I would send her photos, you know help her figure out what furniture would fit in what spot. So I mean start to finish we were in contact the day she moved in. She was so excited she ended up bringing down a candle and a bottle of wine for me. It felt almost like I was helping a friend move in more so than. You know, just doing my job. And it was one of those experiences at my job that showed me that like what I thought about Bozzuto and about property management definitely was true. It's like a very personal job and you really are interacting with these people day-to-day. It's, it's more than just a transaction. Like you really are making these like great relationships and you're really impacting people's quality of life by how you act when when people move in, you know, like if I had been this grumpy woman in an office. You like was just asking for your move in check and like tuck your documents and just said here's your keys. Go on upstairs. You know, like that's a very different experience from someone taking measurements, taking photos, taking videos, just having a normal conversation about decor, having a normal conversation about like nerves of moving in with your first boyfriend. Like, you know, it's a very different. Experience. And that's the experience that from that moment forward, I tried to provide for every.
