Top Project of 2023 Award: Fieldhouse Dinkytown ⁠ Fieldhouse Dinkytown is a 12-story student housing complex located in the Dinkytown neighborhood of Minneapolis, near the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus. Comprising 274 units with 872 beds and spanning over 432,500 square feet, the building features nine levels of steel framing over three levels of post-tension concrete. Notably, the construction includes a distinctive post-tension podium, transitioning to an Eisen cold-form metal wall and truss system with metal decking and concrete topping.
