I had nothing when I started creating content. No fancy camera. No speaking skills. No confidence. I was unsure of how things looked on camera, had friends who would cringe over my videos and make me feel that my efforts were good for nothing. But I still kept creating. There were plenty of opinions and most of them were not kind. But I made a decision that I wouldn’t let others’ opinions define me and only focus on my growth. Slowly I worked on myself and my confidence started catching up with my ambition. Day by day, I showed up. Little by little, I found an audience. They believed in me when I was still learning to believe in myself. And then came the opportunities - deals, collaborations and shoots. What it made me realise is that starting with nothing is also power. Start with all the doubts in the world. Start when it feels scary and uncomfortable. But just start. Because the truth is, no one’s opinions matter. No one’s approval matters. What matters is you. You won’t regret taking that first messy step. You’ll only regret waiting too long to take it. If you’re hesitating to start something or waiting for the right time, then this is your sign to get started and not wait any longer. #contentcreation #commitment

LinkedIn and Content Creation? But Why? Lets discuss: 1. % creators <<<<< % Consumers(only 1% are creators). 2. Right place to generate high quality leads(that pay you $$$). 3. Build authority through a Strong Personal Brand.(gain recognition). But how do I start? Here’s how: 1. Consume a lot.(reading leads to ideation) 2. Share your insights via comments(Comments lead to connections) 3. CREATE: type->read->cringe->erase->re-type.(It comes with practice). Always wanted to create content but feared: 1. Overcrowded creator market ? 2. Judgement ? 3. Self doubt? →LinkedIn is the solution! →Start today! →Build your Brand! →Be a Leader! Want to create your 1st Post? Here's a reality check: When you shift from a consumer to a creator, you grow beyond limit. As a content strategist, I can very confidently say that just existing in the digital landscape is not it. Trying to actively shape is where you stand out. Here's why I recommend making this transition : 1️⃣ When you create, you're no longer a passive observer. You have the power to spark conversations and craft narratives 2️⃣ When you create, you do your research well. Each piece of content you create is an opportunity to sharpen your skills and expand your horizons. 3️⃣ When you create, you also engage with people in the same space. Nothing better than having a community of like-minded individuals. 4️⃣ Whether you're a freelancer or an entrepreneur being a creator opens doors to a myriad of professional opportunities. Lastly, and my most favorite - 5️⃣ The transition from consumer to creator is a journey of personal fulfillment. There's a unique sense of satisfaction that comes from bringing your ideas to life, sharing them with the world, and seeing them resonate with it. 💡 So, if you've ever felt like you're ready to move beyond being a passive consumer of content and become an active creator in your own right, now is the perfect time to take that leap. What are your thoughts on content creation? P.S- Just me in my creator mode. 📸 #creators #contentcreation

Here's why creating content sucks 👇🏼 Hint: It's not: • Your hook • Your editing style • Your 'value' in the content It's because putting yourself "out there" is hard. It's hard for 17 years olds - dancing on TikTok. It's hard for CEOs, making 120X my networth (lol). Why?! Because creating content demands you to be present with others. Through a screen - opening yourself to judgement. And your hunter-gatherer body was not build for that. But in 2024 you NEED to show up online to build your business + career. So here's my #1 tip to help you do that sustainably. So you can: • Grow online • Stay healthy & happy • Bring real value to others
