I wish I could be positive. I was downgraded from business class on a flight from New Jersey to London Heathrow just before boarding, with no explanation. I later learned the airline had failed to factor in a whole flight crew would be joining them and a Captain was given my seat. I wrote to UA in October and have heard nothing. The generous person who paid for my ticket did so because I have had health problems. This is no way for a respectable airline to operate.

Is some new routes code share flights with Star Alliance partner? And someone coming from Westchester County, New York, I don' call Newark as New York. It is a bit too far to drive from North of the New York City to get to Newark. So, I don't fly with United any longer. JFK is closer.

Airlines' routes are financial decisions. They aren't done for passengers' benefit, despite their crowing. And when they don't deliver sufficient revenue passenger miles they are very quickly eliminated. Let's not pretend. https://viewfromthewing.com/united-airlines-slashes-australia-routes-more-cuts-on-the-horizon/

I just wanted to share how much of a BIG fan I am of your airline! I am so committed to flying with you that I’m willing fly longer just to ensure I always choose your airline. Not to mention, my credit card is a Chase United card, which shows just how dedicated I am. Keep up the amazing work – I’ll continue flying with you every chance I get!

Congratulations on the exciting new routes! It's impressive to see United Airlines expanding its global reach and connecting travelers to such diverse and culturally rich destinations. This expansion not only opens up new opportunities for business and leisure travel but also strengthens international ties. Looking forward to seeing how these new routes enhance travel experiences and contribute to the global travel industry. Well done, United Airlines!
