I had the privilege of partnering with Francisco Partners to share ***8 Principles for Getting to Value with GenAI*** at their Product, Technology, and Human Capital conference. Having seen a hundreds of POCs across many industries, firms, and use-cases, our AWS Private Equity team was able to surface some patterns that differentiated those who were successful in getting to production from those who seemed stuck on the sidelines. Part of how AWS is supporting our Private Equity customers is by providing real, tangible, actionable ways to move forward with implementing each of these principles inside portfolio companies towards realizing real value with this technology.
