🎇 Happy Birthday America. 🇺🇸 As we celebrate our nation’s 248th birthday, it seems fitting for me to remind you that … YOU honestly have no clue what YOU are capable of. And we can be assured that in 1776, those folks had no clue as well. But that did not stop them; and look what happened. 😊 There is so much I could share from this point, but here’s what I have for today. 🌭 Make peace with the bad parts of your career. No job is perfect. 🍔 Be a life-long learner of things. There has never been an easier time to up-skill. You can find online courses for less than a meal out. 🌽 Be curious – about everything. You can’t improve outcomes if you don’t explore options. 🍉 Tackle fear and discomfort. See them as a part of the risk for growth. 🍦 The world will not get you at times. They may not share your vision of yourself. That's okay. 🍻 Meet problems with “how can this work” not that it won’t. Like the building of our nation; there are bad parts of the job, but we have learned along the way, been curious enough to grow, tackled our fears, weathered much discomfort, and still, not everyone gets us. Happy 4th Everyone.

Visualize your 80th birthday party. I want you to answer the following questions! ✔️What would you like each person to say about you and the impact you’ve had on their life? ✔️What one thing can you do this week, this year to help make it reality? ✔️What legacy do you want to leave? Set this goal & as Steven Covey says “Begin with the end in mind”.

We have all encountered this scenario previously. Offering pragmatic resolutions to clients can aid sales teams in elevating customer contentment and enhancing lead conversion rates. In the grand scheme of things, this approach plays a pivotal role in circumventing delivery delays and guaranteeing a seamless project lifecycle. #sales #projectmanagement #projectcoordination #salescoordination

Sometimes, letting the engineering team speak to the real problems can motivate the client towards real solutions. This whole notion of sales teams and engineering teams not being on the same page is a problem that I continually have to solve for companies, when brought in to handle "system issues". Sales teams provide feedback for engineers on the customer experience, and defines the fiscal opportunity/risk. Engineering teams provide insights to sales on design decisions, scheduling, known solutions, and should be the metric for a businesses productivity levels. It's very common for sales and engineering teams to not be on the same page, and the worst part of it is the number of companies who are okay keeping these skeletons in the closet - because who wants to take responsibility for the problem when it's you? #engineeringproblems #technicaldebt #brokencode #spaghetti #cicd #mismanagement #guidelines #regulations #procedures #mobileapp #softwaredeveloper

I recieve all the things mentioned below. All the love, peace, clarity, healing, strength, happiness, prosperity, abundance, opportunity, and understanding. Who doesn't want that? The key is how? It all leads to our accountability. It will be the action and intentionality specifically with you and me. What will you do to yield these outcomes? I will give love more to receive it, my actions will provide more grace and empathy. I will have more peace by taking the action of boundaries and releasing things I don't control. I will have more clarity by asking more questions and truly understanding others intentions and for me not to knee-jerk react to their behavior based on my perspective. I will have more healing in June by letting go of the past failures with relationships, finances, business endeavors and career aspirations. I could go on and complete this list but I want you to see that manifesting isn't just about hoping and receiving, it is moving in the direction of becoming it. Its takes self-reflection, maybe professional coaching. Above all, it's work and intentional actions. One of my favorite questions I like to ask my clients are “What are you going to do about”. I agree with Dr. Sheila M. Wilson, I welcome June!!!! I'm ready for this month! I welcome it with anticipation, hope, and intention! #coaching #lifecoaching #careercoaching #developmentcoaching

I've noticed that practices most successful in their partnership with Mascotte share certain traits. These characteristics are not unique to any single client but are commonly seen in those who fully harness our services. A prime illustration of these attributes is seen in practices such as WoofDoctor On Wheels led by Dr. Douglas Cifranick. They serve as a model for how integrating Mascotte into daily operations can greatly benefit a practice. Here's what enables them and other successful practices to fully leverage Mascotte: 1- Treating Mascotte as a "Real" Team Member: Successful practices ensure that our techs & veterinary assistants are fully integrated into their teams, with a seamless onboarding and communication process akin to that of their own staff. 2- Investing in Relationship Building: They recognize the importance of forming real connections with their dedicated Mascotte techs, a strategy that enhances our collaboration and contributes to shared achievements. 3- Consistent Communication: Keeping open lines of communication, especially early on, allows them to quickly address any issues, leading to smoother operations. 4- Clearly Defined Roles and Processes: These practices have a clear understanding of the tasks Mascotte should handle, supported by effective systems to track progress and outcomes, and provide feedback. 5- Digital-first: Having a digital-first mindset embedded in the practice's DNA enhances collaboration, making these practices particularly adept at integrating and benefiting from Mascotte's tech-enabled support.
We ❤️ our clients and are so honored to be part of their journeys ✨
