Quality Assurance Leader at Aon

The Soul transitioned, yet the name lives on for 1000s of years, Sir #RatanTata. The most revered name from the Indian Corporate history. A leader with #integrity, #gutstoglory, #visionary, who was a #human, the #servantleader, dreamt big the first time. Yes he quite bravely #walkedthetalk and led it from front (#leadbyexample). 1. Not that the Tatas walk straight to Chair/inherit but they go on the floor like him, working with the blue-collared employees with Tata Steel. Precisely as an apprentice on the shop floor. 2. Indica, the first truly made in India car 3. Dream to reality for the cheapest car people could drive, Nano. 4. Establishing Tata Group on the global stage with acquisitions viz. Tetley Tea, Daewoo Motors, being humiliated by Bill Ford to returning him the favor later by acquiring Jaguar Range Rover (JLR), Corus Group Plc (British Steel), NatSteel... 5. #TCS and #TataMotors listing on NYSE 6. Leading #makeinIndia to have all #TataMotorCars like, Nexon, Harrier, Safari till Tiago with highest NCAP rating on cars, That took a nearest rival by surprise. 7. Proving with the right Strategy, that a visionary with conviction, can successfully do business and grow in the #redocean . Coming from a broken home, he leaned on to his grandmother, who helped him develop a strong set of values and ethics system which guided him ever since he was a boy. And that's what matters. A visionary with #courage. #conviction #Integrity can make a mark and make one a #legend a #rolemodel . #longlive #bharatratna the #trueleader
