Is this how Turkish Airlines treats its loyal customers? It’s been over a year since my Turkish Airlines account (Membership ID: TK57731779) was unfairly suspended, despite my repeated attempts to get clarity and resolve the issue. I had transferred miles from my credit cards with full proof of documentation, and every activity was genuine. Yet, I have been met with vague responses, generic emails, and zero accountability. Despite assurances from the Senior Vice President, Mr. Arif Ali GEZMISOGLU , that his team would address the issue, I only received a generic email confirming that my account remains blocked. How can this be acceptable for a global airline that prides itself on customer satisfaction? Blocking a customer's account without clear reasons or transparency not only damages trust but raises serious concerns about the treatment of loyal customers. Investors and stakeholders of Turkish Airlines should question how such practices align with the airline's commitment to excellence and integrity. I am requesting a clear and immediate resolution. I am willing to meet in person or provide all necessary documentation. It’s time for Turkish Airlines to prioritize customer relationships over bureaucracy.
I just saw this luggage and remembered my luggage that was lost on the Turkish Air flight in 2018. All the souvenirs disappeared, I don't know how Turkish Air managers will answer before God Almighty on the last day. The official documents of the loss of my luggage sent by Turkish Air are available

3dTurkish airlines crew members used to be utmost courteous and hospitable. But my family trip today on TK2007 has been horrifying thanks to this racist crew member Ms. Tugba. She was rude to almost all foreign passengers right from a physically challenged passenger to a couple with a new born baby. We were a family of four seated on row no. 3. While it was an all economy flight, due to an aircraft change they had put us in the business cabin. She offered us a chicken sandwich despite putting in Avml request in the booking. Luckily we asked and she practically threw the sandwich on our tables. The front toilet was kept busy through the flight by the senior who was drinking her coffee and having her food and when it finally opened, I waited for my turn patiently giving the opportunity to the passenger with clutches and baby to go first. Then the seat belt sign came up and when I requested the use of the toilet, Ms. Tugba responded that this is not a business cabin and its economy and she rudely said that I won’t allow you to use the toilet. She went quickly to the senior murmuring the same and the senior quickly locked the toilet from outside. I had never seen such pathetic racist behaviour from any cabin crew member in the world.
