What happened to growth hacking? A few years ago, it seemed like everyone was talking about it, but now I almost never see it used. I used Google Trends to see if interest in growth hacking has declined (it has), but I also wanted to see the trends of some other popular marketing terms. A few things surprised me in the data: - Inbound marketing used to have much more interest than demand generation but now both terms have almost the same level of interest - Interest in both content marketing and go-to-market swamps the other terms and both have increased significantly since 2004 - Account-based marketing interest is declining (this one isn't too surprising) - Product marketing has seen a big increase in interest starting in 2022 Any other marketing terms that have seen increases or decreases in popularity?
