From 1 January 2024, the National Minimum Wage increases from €11.30 to €12.70 per hour.      The increase of the minimum wage to €12.70 per hour represents 55.1% of the hourly median wage.     The new minimum hourly rates are;      Aged 20 and above    €12.70 per hour   Aged 19                      €11.43   Aged 18                      €10.16   Under 18                     €8.89      The National Minimum Wage is the minimum hourly pay rate that must be paid.
