In springtime earlier this year, I shared some of my thoughts here, on the importance of having a business purpose. How we should be led not only by KPIs, growth rates, new customers, and so on, but also by a purpose – the reason why we do what we do, every day.   Having a strong sense of purpose creates alignment, sets out a direction, and it informs our company values which is an integral part of our company culture.   At WorkPoint this year, we have been rethinking our purpose, core values, culture, value proposition, and more.
