LOOP 5 is our greatest realisation. We built 40,000 m�� here. About 15,000 m�� is parking space for bicycles and cars. In addition, there are about 18,000 m�� of offices, with shared meeting rooms. We also built 45 apartments, that you see behind us, our own hospitality concept and last but not least, The Plectrum, a theatre where we can invite up to 250 people for an event. What we did on this site is create truly smart buildings, a smart site. We were able to do this with Trigrr's technology. A building contains a lot of different data. There is ventilation, HVAC, smart locks, a smart parking system, a daylight-controlled lighting system. But in reality, these are all separate ecosystems. On the other hand, we also have apps and software to use the data. Issues usually occur when trying to connect the two. Trigrr made it possible to communicate with all these different systems, sometimes even closed ecosystems. In terms of cost management, as we now have a unified platform for our building management, we have to train fewer people, and we can achieve more with less highly specialised knowledge. As a result, we can do more in building management without having to call on expensive expertise. Looking at Trigrr, visually, it looks like a remote control. For the end user, it is very easy to operate, but behind it you can define a whole range of automations and scenarios that are time-based or input-based or impulse-based. So it is more than a remote control, it is an automation suite for your building management. To be honest, I am triggered by Trigrr. For this site, we have used Trigrr to make our buildings and our campus smart, but in reality we want to make our entire portfolio smart. We see a lot of links with our sustainability goals. For example, we have our own energy services, but enabling the possibilities and usage of our energy at each site, and bringing all that data together in one clear overview, that is one of the things we could do. For us, Trigrr is not a Building Operating System, but rather a Portfolio Operating System.
