We posted an Islamabad job vacancy of Accounts Manager for our Fintech. Accounting qualification like ACCA or CMA was required. Within a couple of hours we received some 30 applicants and 3 were selected for interviews and offers. Job was closed on LinkedIn within 3 hours. Key Takeaways!!! ACCA and ICMA qualified people with a couple years experience are demanding over 200k package. This is great, and shows that top professionals are confident of their career positions and moves. I wish you all the best in your careers. Demanding a good salary package is a candidate's right, but what is not right is if the first response from the Candidate is "What is going to be my Salary?". Obviously this question doesn't sit well with the hiring manager, who wants to know the Candidate first. Also not right is when a candidate simply does not reply the interview call sent by the hiring manager.
