Responsibilities of Sales Manager/Business Development Manager-Karachi
● Brainstorming with the AGM in planning, implementing and executing strategies to enhance sales & ROI.
● Identify and develop USP, Differentiators and other competitive advantages.
● Targeting large Scale Hospitals in Karachi & Sindh to pitch the products and services.
● SWOT ANALYSIS & Market review of new products and services.
● Prepare monthly sales forecast for zones and subzones in line with monthly/quarterly sale Targets.
● Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
● Working with a direct Field team to achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets and goals assigned to them.
● Track the progress of the team on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
● Managing the assigned team and preparing the pipeline for talent acquisition.
● Evaluate team performance on a weekly, monthly basis and identify essential training needs and reporting.
● Supervise, Train and motivate the team to perform their best.
● Coach and support new and existing teams.
● Keeping Track of all the team using software i.e. Attendance, HRMS.
● Keeping the team up to date about company products, services and & policies.
● Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner
● Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
● Developing ways and strategies to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty in respective zone.
Past Preferred Industries: IT, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Medical Sales, HealthCare with 3-6 Year + Experience.
Product Sales Experience: ERP, CRM, HRMS, POS and HMIS product selling experience is preferable.
