𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (April - October) 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (November - March) • This position’s responsibility is to recruit and hire top talent for the organization. Sourcing candidates, conducting telephonic and onsite interviews with HODs, negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Source and screen candidates through various Job boards • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate fit • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements • Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 1. Education: BBA/MBA  2. Experience: Minimum 4 years 3. Excellent English Communication 4. Software/Tools: Ms. Office and relevant ERPs 5. Skills: Recruitment Expertise, Candidate sourcing, Candidate Assessment & Relationship Building.
