"I never thought of that before" One of the most common pieces of feedback we receive after meeting with a business is, "I never thought of that before." And that's because we dive into the unique needs and opportunities that often go overlooked. Here’s what we do: we explore and provide a detailed document for employers to build a customized job description, focusing on three key areas: ◾ Unmet Needs of the Business: "What kinds of things aren't getting done the way a business needs to have them done?" ◾ Tasks That Could Enhance the Business: Especially after we get to know the strengths and talents of potential employees, we identify tasks that they may excel at—tasks that align with what a business really needs done. ◾ Tasks Better Performed by Others: "Would it be helpful if someone else could take on these basic tasks so your higher-status team members could focus on higher-level work?" If you know a business owner or manager who is looking to make their operations more efficient, explore new ways to tackle recurring challenges, or free up their team's valuable time and would benefit from fresh, tailored solutions and wants to enhance their productivity, please pass our name along. With a fresh year on the horizon, I'm reminded of the importance of setting goals that genuinely reflect who we are and what we aspire to achieve. It’s so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, but taking a step back to connect with what truly matters is where meaningful growth begins. This week, I’m sharing a guide with 5 steps to help set goals that feel inspiring and authentic. Let’s use these last few weeks to pause, reflect, and set intentions that align with our true selves. What goals brought meaning and growth to your journey this year? #L10 #PerformanceSolutions #GoalSetting #ReflectAndGrow #PurposefulGoals #GrowthMindset #SelfAwareness

If you're taking a break for a few minutes, here's something to muse on: sometimes a shift in perspective can help to unlock a new path in our lives, whether spiritually, professionally, or creatively. You never know when that fresh insight will come or where it'll emerge from, but staying open to broader views can deeply influence the direction we move in #outsidetheboxjesus

“Everybody has to find his or her right flight level in terms of what is giving you the energy every day to stand up and fight." This was the response from our CEO, Christian Bruch during the May Town Hall when asked about resilience. What about you? Sports? Mindfulness? Meditation? Positivity? In our corporate environment, resilience extends beyond individual strength; it entails fostering a supportive and adaptable work culture. And for this, we must cultivate a safe and nurturing environment where every voice is valued and heard. Where we can embrace change as a part of life, rather than resisting it. I firmly advocate that relationships are key to this resilience. And with that in mind, here are some strategies to nurture your relationships: 🤝 Team Collaboration: Cultivate an environment of collaboration, where each voice is acknowledged and respected. This fosters innovative problem-solving. 🔗 Networking: Forge connections beyond your immediate circle, enriching your perspective and opening doors to new opportunities. 🙏 Mentorship: Seek guidance from mentors and pay it forward by mentoring others. This dual exchange fuels personal growth and strengthens our company culture. 🌻 Feedback Culture: Foster a culture of open, constructive feedback. This enhances team dynamics and propels individual growth. Meaningful conversations in the workplace hold great power, driving employee satisfaction and productivity. When we actively listen and engage in thoughtful dialogues, we forge deeper connections and nurture a more positive work environment. Let's prioritize meaningful exchanges in our daily interactions and witness the transformative impact on our workplace culture. 📢 For nearly two years, a grassroots initiative known as the #GoodEnergyMovement has thrived within #SiemensEnergy. This initiative empowers and motivates #teampurple members to enact change within their spheres of influence through meaningful conversations. It offers a platform for self-reflection, networking and inspiration to tackle topics which might require new ways of working or new perspectives. For those Siemens Energy and Siemens Gamesa colleagues interested in joining the movement, we have an internal SharePoint here 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eedYZUAy Laura Stolle-Klarwein Steffen Skreba Débora Amorim Sandra Leschber Gerry Kee Regina Schippers Sandrine Wydra Liliana Marie Thimm Dr. Frederik Doyé Nancy Bornemann Sofie (Ritzén) Håkansson Martin Stiegler Jenna Goldthorpe MCIPD Dr. Nandani Lynton

🎉 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 2 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐯𝐭. 𝐋𝐭𝐝.! 🎉 As a token of our appreciation and to commemorate this special occasion, we have organized a series of exciting activities from Monday to Thursday this week. Today, we kicked off the celebration with an engaging event titled “𝐌𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲.” Each team member was invited to write a one-page document reflecting on their cognitive journey at our company. The rules for this activity were simple yet impactful: 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬: 1. Each person must write their own Cognitive Journey, Encouraging Honesty and Introspection. 2. Team members were not allowed to study or discuss their own journey with others. 3. After writing their journey, another team member would read their reflection, and vice versa. This created a unique opportunity for mutual understanding and appreciation of each other's experiences. The event was a beautiful reminder of our collective growth, individual achievements, and the shared commitment that has driven our success. We are proud of our dedicated team and the honest reflections shared today, which further strengthen our bonds and pave the way for future achievements. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue our celebration with a series of exciting activities throughout the week! Here's to many more years of growth and success together! #CognitiveEngineeringTechnologies #2ndAnniversary #OfficeCelebration #EmployeeReflections #TeamGrowth #CelebratingSuccess #MilestoneAchievement

Engaging with diverse people on a daily basis broadens our understanding, challenges our assumptions, and enriches our vision for the future. Lessons learned from some of the most high performing humans I’ve had the good fortune to support over the last 3 decades. 1: Personal accountability. Career development was on them. Support staff, were exactly that. Sounding boards for advice and coaching where required. Think ownership and then some! 2: They sought out feedback, and wanted the truth, not the sugar coated version. 3: They have high levels of resilience born out of adversity, developed through physical prowess, previous injuries or high levels of expectation. 4: They set lofty but achievable goals and understood that in order to achieve them their traits and behaviours would be robustly tested. Disciplined, sustained effort. 5: They have the ability and skills required to switch off. 6: Consistency… They showed up week after week, month after month and year after year and did the work. Not the minimum. Every last detail of performance preparation was boxed off in order to set them up for success. If you or your team have the curiosity to know more, and have an external team mate audit your program, drop me a message and let’s connect. 3 decades of experience and insights that can help shape your teams effectiveness and impact.
