When we meet with new clients, we often ask for one word that describes what they want their brand to be. It may be: Trustworthy. Bold. Refined. Quirky. That word becomes our goal – our strategic end point. Equally important is defining the opposite end of the spectrum: What don’t you want your brand to be? Boring. Predictable. Stale. Those two cornerstones define the foundation of your brand. Because knowing who you DON'T want to be is just as important as knowing who you DO want to be.

Your personal brand can actually work against you. 👀 In fact, it can damage people’s perception of you. A generic or half-hearted brand can turn people off, and make them less likely to return for more. The world doesn’t need another personal brand to roll off the assembly line. The world needs YOU. Let's talk about your reputation and branding with Daisy Keter MPRSK
Whether you like it or not, you already have a personal brand right?......wrong! I know I have said this before but just hear me out! It is one thing to have a "Personal brand" and its another to have a reputation. 📌 Your personal brand is what you show to the world. 📌 Your reputation is what the world says about you. A personal brand is what you do consistently, your values, and how you're perceived by others. Reputation is what others know about you, your character and integrity. You can't control your reputation, it's a byproduct of what you do with your personal brand.

Struggling to stand out? Your personal brand is your lifeline. Lara Acosta says it best: “Your personal brand is the story others tell when you’re not around.” But too many people let others define their narrative and that’s the problem. Here’s how to take control of your brand today: 1️⃣ Get clear on your values. Lara teaches that authenticity starts with clarity. What do you stand for? What’s the one thing you want others to remember about you? 2️⃣ Show up boldly. Post content that reflects who you are, not just what you do. Lara’s advice: “Your voice, not trends, should lead.” Think about what only you can share. 3️⃣ Build connections, not followers. Engagement beats numbers. Lara emphasizes, “Strong relationships drive meaningful opportunities.” Who can you connect with today to create value for both sides? Your personal brand isn’t just about being seen; it’s about trust, impact, and leaving a legacy that matters. Which step will you take today to amplify your voice? Let’s discuss below 👇🏽 The sassy queen: Lara Acosta

Your personal brand is called PERSONAL for a reason. Many people struggle to build a solid personal brand because they’re too focused on finding someone to emulate. While it’s great to learn from others and adopt good practices, your personal brand should reflect you—your unique experiences, voice, and values. Copying someone else not only feels inauthentic, but it also limits your potential to stand out. There’s no “perfect timing” to start posting or growing your network, and there’s no magic formula to mimic. The key is to show up as yourself, consistently and authentically.
