Great news this morning! Aircall has been named a 'leader' in G2's summer grid report for Contact Center software.
Firstly, I'm not surprised by G2's rating of Aircall.
One of the key requirements for our strategic partners at Heyoo is that they have to be easy to use. When leading with adoption in mind, our clients consistently feedback that the Aircall navigation is straight forward and the functionality is intuitive. It's a value add for productivity, not creating more friction with internal processes.
As a partner, the ease of implementation is also a big win with Aircall. It's a breeze for any team to transition and get started, meaning time to value is fast and there's not the initial post-purchase 'lag' you can find with other tech to see the ROI.
Finally, Aircall understands customer support is key. Our clients never seem to have ongoing technical issues with Aircall because they are looked after by their team if they ever require support. That satisfaction is imperative; the sign of a good tech company is one you never really feel the need to contact (in a weird way)!
