In 2023, a deep dive was conducted on our internal and external communications and documentation through the lens of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). As a result of this audit, 17% of recommendations were implemented to improve Toronto CREW. Thank you to the committees for their effort during the year to help us complete this milestone.
