This is more money than I've ever seen in my life, paid across longer than I've been alive. Like he was just like, you know, you hear things like that. So perfectly well put. Yeah. So I mean, yeah, I mean, with that we're talking with, again, just the pure idea of this money going out and as much money as we're talking about, or even if it's not the money that's going out, maybe it's just like anxiety or fear or over feeling overwhelmed about getting a huge loan. Yeah, right. Yeah. Like you got you got debt in hundreds of thousands of dollars. That alone can be anxiety inducing, fear inducing and things like that too. So. So the reason we bring all this up is like, you know, folks, it's normal. Take like it's if you're gonna, you're gonna feel these things, but but you know, like, I think, I think like it's important to just have no matter what you doing along the way, having the contacts, having good people around you to help you through it and help you understand it. That's super, super important. Don't get too high when when, when things are really good and don't get too low when things are tough. You know, like, you know, owning property comes with its own challenges. And I think it's important for folks too similar to what we said before, have the right folks around them to help them through that because buying is one thing only as a whole different. So yeah. It's the pride should be like, I, I think people forget like they're very caught up in the moment, right? And it becomes like this throughout the process. And then they finally close it just like, you know, a gentle reminder of like, let's reflect on what we've been through here, right? Pat yourself on the back, feel joy. This thing isn't shouldn't be like, oh, I've gotten into this and now what next? Like enjoy.
