This month, we're highlighting the importance of inclusivity in housing. According to a report from the Urban Institute, inclusive communities must have three key dimensions: be diverse, be participatory, and be welcoming. MWHS meets these dimensions by fostering interaction and learning through resident services programs and dedicated community spaces. Our communities are home to residents from 16 different minority backgrounds, with 41% identifying as elderly and 75% belonging to a minority group.
