In an age of instant gratification, it's easy to forget one thing... 👀 The value of patience. As Steve Hand from Express Mortgages said on the NRG Insights podcast a little while ago, "...it might not happen on your timing..." Building a successful business or becoming a great broker is not as instant as the dopamine hit of scrolling on your phone or posting a photo. It might take 5, 10, or even 15 years to get to where you want to be, and that's impossible without the practiced patience of being at your best. 👆 (Learned from Steve's wise words in the clip) 👆 There will be ups and downs, some of them will be out of your control, but if there's one thing I've learnt from building NRG Resourcing and speaking regularly with leaders like Steve (and watching some great businesses disappear) its how important patience is.
