𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬... — What does Cabin 5 include? — Are there trees that will block my satellite dish? — How close are the campsites to each other? — Do I need to bring my own sheets? Guests are curious—they want details about the site or cabin they’re booking. But let’s be honest: the questions rarely change. The result? Your team spends hours on the phone repeating the same answers, instead of focusing on what really matters—𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒈𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆. Here’s the good news: virtual tours can change all of that. • Guests can browse your property and find the answers themselves, any time of day. • Your staff gets more time to focus on creating unforgettable camping memories. • 𝑩𝒐𝒏𝒖𝒔: Virtual tours never clock out. Even when your office is closed, they’re helping guests make confident booking decisions. It’s a simple investment with a big payoff: fewer calls, happier staff, and more confident guests. Does your campground website have a virtual tour? If not, what’s holding you back? CampSite 360 #CampgroundManagement #GuestExperience #VirtualTours #OutdoorHospitality #CampSite360
Would love to see more campgrounds have this available. One of the most relevant reasons for myself and many others is being able to see what type of tree cover is near a site. Starlink is only as good as its ability to maintain an unbroken view of the sky - so disappointing when you book a site blind, show up for a week long stay, and have to depend on the campgrounds unstable WiFi for work calls, etc.

3wI'm a believer in virtual tours TJ Ammond but in this one specific use case, I am fairly confident we have a better solution :)
