As we reflect on 2024, we’re deeply grateful for the incredible people who make up our Tishman Speyer community. For us, community isn't just about connecting and growing with each other- it's also about the beautiful places we call home, our neighborhoods, cities, and towns. These spaces reflect the world we shape together, one place at a time. Happy holidays from all of us at Tishman Speyer.

Transformation: Becoming a landlady has transformed not only my approach to property management but also my perspective on leadership and community engagement. By embracing empathy and collaboration, I've witnessed the positive impact it has on tenant satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being. Mission: My mission as a landlady at Heart Estates is to continue leading with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to fostering inclusive, thriving communities. Together, we're redefining the landlord-tenant relationship and building spaces where everyone feels at home. Conclusion: As a landlady, I've learned that true leadership lies in empathy, communication, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. At Heart Estates, we're dedicated to empowering change, one community at a time, and I'm honored to be a part of this transformative journey.

This post depicts the people who represent the majority of our Developers and Owners of Multifamily properties - incredible people wanting to provide the best place to call home for the residents that live at one of their properties. They put years of thought time and livlihoods into developing and renovating apartment homes so people/ families can be proud of where they call home! Thank you Brad Richardson and all of our owners for what you do for our cities and people! There are not enough people that truly know how passionate you are about your developments! #thankyou #propertymanagement
There is something special about the first move-ins. 3.5 years of hard work leads to this moment. I always think about the families moving in and the memories they will have here, the joy of kids growing up here and the major milestones that will occur here for our residents. Even though these are buildings that we are building, it is so much more, it will be a home and a community for so many people. I’m grateful for our team and the hard work of so many people to get to this point.

These past two years have been amazing - full of personal and professional growth, amazing partners and new relationships, and working with an all-star team! I can't wait to see what the next two years bring for Creating Community Consulting! #organizationalculture #communitydriven #collaboration #communitygrowth
Part of what makes community-driven work meaningful is the people who we have the privilege to work with. On Friday, June 28th, we celebrated a big milestone – 2 years of collaboration, grassroots community projects, and a growing network of partners across North Dakota and Minnesota. Our friends over at the Frazee-Vergas Forum captured the spirit of the afternoon and our awe in this moment of growth: https://lnkd.in/e9VjvVuV We couldn’t have done this without an amazing team, one that keeps expanding! This month, we welcome four new members to the Creating Community Consulting Family, in a new space in downtown Frazee: Jamie Crabtree, Heather Ware Nelson, Shelly Blauert, and Amy Kilde. They join Karen Dowing and Sophia Strand, alongside Karen Pifher in the amazing community work happening throughout Becker County! Please stop by the office to say hello if you find yourself in the area (especially on a Friday from 2:30-5:30pm) and stay tuned as we share more about our team’s focus areas of work with us this summer and beyond! #CommunityDriven #Grassroots #Collaboration #TeamExpansion #CommunityProjects #Networking #LocalLeadership #CommunityGrowth #NorthDakota #Minnesota #Frazee #BeckerCounty #CommunityConsulting #NewBeginnings #Celebration #CommunityImpact #JoinUs #WelcomeNewMembers #CreatingCommunity #CommunityPartners

The call to foster inclusive communities grows louder as more research emerges on the importance of social connection. At IMPACT Parks, we believe that the answer lies right in our neighborhoods. A simple, accessible, and natural remedy to loneliness is creating and maintaining public parks. It’s one thing to say, “You now have a second chance.” It’s another thing to say, “You now have a second chance, and here are people who can guide you as you take clear steps to make the most of it.” Check out what our neighbors in Washington State are doing to lay a path toward successful reentry and reintegration for those in their community. #SecondChanceMonth #communitymatters #OneHeartProject https://lnkd.in/gUCYZhyA

From the desk of Dr. Gerilyn Davis: Happy Monday! I hope you are having what this fall season has to offer. The vibrance of various tree colors is gorgeous here in Colorado. One reason I moved to Colorado was for the mountains. People ask, why Colorado? I reply, I just know this is where I am supposed to be. This week, we are discussing the value of inclusive mountain towns. We have focused on the inclusive individual, team, organization, board, and mountain towns. Here are the strengths of an inclusive mountain town. --- INCREASED TOURISM: When we feel welcomed in an environment, we return to it. --- INCREASED TALENT: We want to bring our skills to an environment that values them. --- INCREASED LONGEVITY: We want our towns to prosper for the future; inclusion is the future. I had dreams about mountains before Colorado. As they say, dreams do come true! Enjoy the day! #joyofinclusion #inclusionexpansion #inclusionincludesyou #InclusionontheSlopes #SWORDInclusionSytem #PhaseOneStrengths #inclusivemountaintowns
