Looking back at a wonderfull Future Digital Twin and #GenAI Conference in Amsterdam last week, where I had the privilege to share E.ON One’s journey in leveraging digital twins and AI. In such a rapidly evolving energy landscape where the need for sustainability and efficiency is at its peak, our experiences are offering valuable lessons across sectors 🌍⚡ At E.ON One, we've learned that a true digital twin of the grid isn't just a 3D model, it's a sophisticated power flow simulation based on physics and mathematics. And this brings immense leverage in: ✔️ Integrating massive renewable capacity ✔️ Managing decreasing grid reserves ✔️ Addressing workforce shortages Our biggest lesson is to learn from innovative scale-ups within our industry. Our in-house #OneVoice solution is revolutionizing call centers and customer service operations, enhancing the customer experience through AI efficiency. As energy generation shifts from baseload to decentralized renewables, and consumers become "flexumers", digital twins are essential across the entire value chain.
