Feeling overwhelmed by the pace of change in event technology? Many of my clients are. In the last five years, the shift in event tech has been nothing short of transformative. Gone are the days when a great stage and lighting were enough. Today, we expect: ⭐ Virtual and hybrid options ⭐ Real-time analytics ⭐ Seamless integration across platforms ⭐ AI-powered automation ⭐ And a whole lot more! This shift has changed how we deliver experiences. It's no longer just about the physical space; it's about creating a digital layer that enhances, extends, and personalises each moment. It's exciting but can feel like a constant race to keep up with the latest trends. At Multi-Media, we're not just adapting but leading the way, helping clients navigate this new reality with expertise and tailored solutions. The challenge is to ensure that every new tech integration genuinely adds value rather than just adding to the noise. Fortunately, that's the kind of magic we make daily at Multi-Media. How do you cope with all the changes in the event space? Let's share insights.

Tim from my experience working with Multimedia you have been way ahead of the curve since I first experienced that awesome 250m LED screen that would make any speaker feel like a rock star 7 years ago. However as great as the tech was and is I think it is your collaborative mindset, focus on the multisensory experience and people-centric approach that adds the secret sauce to the list above. The danger of the current environment is there are even more sparkly new gadgets and gizmos that it is easy for the client to want to build their event tech upwards rather than purpose and experience first and then find the appropriate tech. This leads to dopamine overload. What event organisers need is an expert tour guide to the experience (so you have to play with a lot of toys so you know which one to choose - and you are right keeping your with the trends keeps you on your toes). That’s what you do so well.
