Breana Patel, CEO of Bonova Advisory Inc. , has a strong background in financial services management but since launching her own consulting firm- she also had the challenge of wearing many hats while building the company. The challenges she faced have only shaped her into a more resilient entrepreneur. Bonova Advisory has since netted a seven figure revenue in the first 18 months of launch. Not bad for being the only woman-owned business in the financial services industry that specialises in risk management for Fortune 500 companies, major banks, hospitals and public sector institutions. As a mentor for women, we asked Breana how does she stay #confident and on top of her game. How do you activate your inner confidence? #confidencetricks #femalefounder #entrepreneur

Growing up in a Marwari business family, you likely experienced a unique blend of traditional values and practical business wisdom that has been passed down for generations. The Marwari community is well-known for its business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, and many lessons from this upbringing directly translate into effective business practices. I was fortunate being born in a Marwari Business Family. Let's understand the lessons learnt as a part of marwari family (one at a time): ✅ Trust and Integrity in Business ➡️ Lesson: Trust and integrity are cornerstones of Marwari business culture. Family names are often tied to businesses, and maintaining a reputation for honesty is crucial. My father gave more importance to his reputation than the money he made. He always told me and my sister to always have integrity and do things with honesty. We always had more than 90% of repeat customers which came back just because of the trust they had on the way they were served. After his passing we had a very difficult period where actually his reputation got us a lot of help from people who trusted him (and the way is bought us up) and we could overcome challenging situation. ➡️ Business Application: Operating with integrity builds a reputation that can attract customers, partners, and employees. A trusted brand or business enjoys customer loyalty and can weather reputational challenges better than those without it. Growing up in a Marwari business family provides invaluable insights into the world of commerce, with lessons rooted in tradition, practicality, and a deep understanding of human relationships. These teachings not only guide business strategies but also shape the values that contribute to long-term success. #MarwariBusinessWisdom #FamilyBusinessLessons #MarwariTradition #BusinessLegacy #EntrepreneurialHeritage #MarwariMindset #GenerationalSuccess #BusinessValues #CulturalBusinessInsights #MarwariEntrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth #EntrepreneurSuccess #ScaleYourBusiness #BusinessStrategy #GrowthMindset #LeadershipDevelopment #BusinessCoaching #SuccessBlueprint #EntrepreneurialGrowth #ProfitabilityCoach

Think about it.... When we weigh the risks of a decision, we usually think about the consequences of doing it. What’s the upside? What’s the downside? But that’s only half the equation. There are risks of action, but there are also risks of inaction. Every decision has a cost—either because of what we do, or what we don’t do. You cannot truly know the wisdom of doing something, and decide whether it’s worth the risk, until you explore the costs of not doing it. That's what this brilliant article talks about! #SuccessCoaching #BetterBusiness
