2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣: A Year in Review This year has been wild—full of wins, lessons, and even a few fails (yeah, I broke my damn leg 🦿). But the highlights? Absolutely unforgettable. It all started strong: I became CCO at Catapulta, diving into building serious Chain Ops automation, and joined Future Laboratory Ventures as an investor & Web3 mentor. Early on, I got involved with Futurum 1.0 as a speaker. Fun fact: after connecting with the team, they asked me to host the event—this led to us running two more Futurum editions later in the year. I also spoke at Bitunix X and XDAO Connect. 🔈 By summer, the energy was off the charts. We held the first-ever TON Meetup in Batumi—while I wasn’t organizing it, I had the honor of being a key participant in this groundbreaking event. In Tbilisi, I supported MORBOY at a hackathon, where the project secured 2nd place. 🏆 Oh, and Georgia took down Portugal 2-0 in football—what a vibe! Plus, Catapulta earned its spot among the top 20+1 startups in the Proof of Pitch selection (source) (https://lnkd.in/dYAStQRC). Then came fall, and things got even busier. I stepped in as Chief Advisor at EVEDEX, while at the same time launching FutureLab's US Market Accelerator (Future Laboratory Ventures continues to expand its reach). We also celebrated the opening of ZuVillage, which set a new standard for innovation hubs—an unforgettable moment for our community. 🤝 September and October were intense: I joined Token2049, moderated at Mercuryo, and judged pitches as part of the startup jury panel—a humbling experience helping shape the future of Web3. Futurum 2.0 and 3.0 were major milestones. After seeing the potential at Futurum 1.0, I dove in deeper, co-hosting and organizing the next editions❗️ December capped the year beautifully. We closed funding rounds for EVEDEX and UFARM, attended Bitcoin Mena, and I sat down for an exclusive interview with Thomas Kralow. Want a teaser? I asked Thomas about the latest happenings in the crypto world, learned his success sauces, we even explored his home and how he lives. That interview drops soon, so stay tuned. 2024 was a rollercoaster, but every moment—good or challenging—added to the journey. Thank you to everyone who made it unforgettable. Here’s to an even bigger 2025. Let’s make it legendary! 🥂

These 4 days of EthCC have flown by! ✈️ Here are the key takeaways we gathered from attending as many event invitations as possible: a. Memetoken Liquidity: The #memetoken market is reaching its peak liquidity. Most retail investors are already involved. Although new tokens are being launched, liquidity is being redirected from older tokens to new ones, rather than freshly being injected. This is why we're currently seeing short pump and dump cycles. 📉 b. ICP Initiatives: ICP launched its Chain Fusion Day and Olympus project, A state of the art use case approach with significant investments in startup infrastructure across multiple countries, in collaboration with venture capital firms like Outlier Ventures. c. Dapps and Rollups Growth: The ecosystem for dapps and rollups continues to thrive. Multiple chains, including Tezos, Stellar, Chainlink, and Algorand highlighted their robust Gen-Z coding communities. 🧑💻 d. #Web3 x AI Integration: The intersection of Web3 and AI is expanding rapidly. Around 25% of side events focused on current AI developments, though many solutions are still in the seed stage. e. New L2 Strategies: Emerging L2s are shifting focus from attracting total value locked (TVL) at the top of the funnel to nurturing startups at the bottom of the funnel. Companies like Eigenlayer are showcasing new opportunities in Web3 that are being actively explored, highlighting the need for more innovation rather than incremental infrastructure improvements. #ETHCC
