🎄 No Christmas Party for InPulze Electrical This Year 🎄 This year, we made the tough decision not to host a Christmas party for our team It’s not an easy choice, but it’s an honest one – and here’s why The construction and electrical sectors have faced serious challenges over the past year Rising costs, supply chain struggles, and tighter margins have hit the industry hard, leaving many businesses to prioritize stability over celebration We’ve felt that pressure, just like so many others But it’s not just about the market. It’s personal, too As business owners, we’ve had to ask ourselves tough questions: How do we ensure the long-term success of InPulze? How do we balance the needs of our team, the business, and our families? Sometimes that means making uncomfortable decisions in the short term to protect everyone’s future Instead of the usual Christmas bash, we’re choosing to focus on: 🔧 Recognizing our team’s hard work in more meaningful, tailored ways 🔧 Strengthening the business so we can hit 2025 running 🔧 Spending time with loved ones, especially after the sacrifices we’ve all made this year It’s not flashy, but it’s the right call for us right now This isn’t a “goodbye” to celebrations – we’ve got big plans to bring the team together when the time is right But for now, we’re focusing on resilience, gratitude, and looking forward to a brighter year ahead #InPulzeElectrical #ConstructionIndustry #WorkplaceCulture #Resilience

Is the spirit of Navratri being overshadowed by overcrowding? Let’s talk about the joy of celebration, not the struggle for space! As Navratri approaches, excitement fills the air. However, it’s time to address a growing concern that many of us have experienced firsthand: the overcrowding at Navratri grounds. Are we overselling passes beyond the ground’s actual capacity? With more passes issued than there are spaces available, events are becoming uncomfortably jam-packed. This overcrowding is not only ruining the experience but also leading to an increase in fights and quarrels among groups vying for space. What’s alarming is the lack of oversight. There seems to be no one from the sponsors or authorities monitoring how groups are managing their space. This chaos takes away from what should be a joyful, religious celebration. Instead of enjoying the festivities, attendees are left struggling to find room to breathe, let alone enjoy the celebrations. It’s bewildering that we, as paying attendees, find ourselves adjusting to cramped spaces despite investing heavily in passes. Why should we have to fight for space at an event we’re excited to attend? It seems contradictory that in our pursuit of enjoyment, we end up feeling restricted and frustrated. While the motive for selling more passes may be to maximize profits, we must ask ourselves: at what cost? The sponsors and authorities need to reconsider their approach. It’s essential to strike a balance between financial gain and ensuring a fulfilling experience for everyone involved. This Navratri, let’s advocate for reasonable capacity limits and ensure that everyone can enjoy the festival to its fullest without feeling squeezed or stressed. It’s time for a change that puts the attendees’ experience first! #Navratri2024 #CapacityLimits #FestivalExperience #CelebrationWithoutStress

Omo, whoever said cleaning the market was easy…...that person is a bloody liar 😭😭 📍But you know what? It was worth it. 💠 Recently, I had the privilege of joining the Karidad Aid Foundation for a market cleanup project in collaboration with the Sustainable Environment and Health Initiative Organization (SEHIO) and Ife Central Local Government. 💠 The mantra driving our efforts? One community, one goal. 💠 We got our hands dirty (literally!)—picking up trash, sweeping, and creating a cleaner, healthier space for everyone. 📍 Relax😂, we made sure to use gloves and facemasks. 💠 It was physically exhausting, but it reminded me of a bigger picture: the power of collaboration and the importance of promoting health in the community. 📍 After all, a clean environment is a healthy environment. 💠 Personal development isn’t always about books, certificates, or networking events. 💠 Sometimes, it’s about stepping out of your comfort zone, doing something as basic as cleaning, and finding pride in the small wins that make a big difference. 💠 If there's one takeaway from this experience, it’s that every small effort counts, especially when it’s for a greater purpose. 📍 The Purpose, you might ask? A clean and sustainable environment 💠 A big shout out to everyone who made this possible KARIDAD AID FOUNDATION 📍Video edit credits to my lovely friend, Olamide AWOGBEMI If you want a video editor that brings your videos to life, she’s the girl for you ❤️. P.S ....Can you spot me in the video🌚😂 What’s your own “out of comfort zone” moment this year? Share in the comments—I’d love to hear it! #CommunityDevelopment #EnvironmentalSustainability #CollaborationMatters #KaridadAidFoundation #PersonalGrowth

Christmas in Vietnam is not as widely celebrated as in many Western countries, but the festive spirit is increasingly shared through global connections. As I explore Christmas traditions, I find out one unique tradition, the Yule Goat🎅, which holds a special place in Swedish culture. The Yule Goat (Yulebocken) has ancient roots in Norse mythology. Initially, it was a figure who helped prepare for winter and protected the home. It later evolved into a more festive symbol, delivering gifts and spreading Christmas joy. In Sweden, people still make straw Yule Goat decorations, and in Gävle, a giant Yule Goat is built each year though it's often the target of pranks! Much like the Yule Goat’s evolution, the software industry is a field built on adaptation and change. What began as a rigid and manual process has evolved into a dynamic and collaborative environment that offers flexibility, creativity, and innovation. At #MOR Software, we also embrace this spirit of evolution. Just as the Yule Goat transformed from a protective figure to a symbol of joy and collaboration, we deliver software solutions that evolve with our clients' needs, helping businesses grow, adapt, and succeed in a fast-changing world. Merry Christmas🎄 and let’s connect next year to unlock the potential for collaboration 🙌
