Bridging the Workforce Management Knowledge Gap 🤝🤝🤝🤝 As a Workforce Management (WFM) expert, I've encountered clients/business owners struggling to understand WFM calculations and methodologies. This knowledge gap can lead to coordination challenges, conflicts, reduced satisfaction, and eroded trust between clients and CX vendors. Common challenges arise when clients or who represents clients are unfamiliar with: 1. Erlang calculations for CX in frontline channels 2. Chat requirement calculations using concurrency 3.
