Remember to thank your team! Before many of your team go off for a well-earned break over the holiday period, I want to remind you to take a moment and take some time to say thank you to your team members individually for everything they’ve delivered and achieved this year including any outstanding moments you remember or where they went above and beyond your or other’s expectations. It’s so easy in the busyness of the festive season to forget to stop and reflect and show gratitude to those around you - and yet it’s soooo important to show it! If you think about it, your team will have worked hard all throughout the year, people will have made sacrifices that you may never know about (with their families, partners etc.) to make sure that they deliver. The very least that you can do as their leader is show some gratitude. It goes a long way when building those working relationships - which you’re going to have to develop and grow further next year if you want your team to be successful. People want to feel appreciated, valued and respected and that their contribution matters. It also shows them who you are as a person instead of a boss! Go out there and show some gratitude this month… #gratitude #festiveseason #festive #workingrelationships

What's the secret to staying positive? Being grateful! Just two simple words: Thank you! And a huge impact. It goes a long way with clients and teams. Conveying appreciation uplifts and inspires outperformance. Vocalizing thanks for both - big wins - small ideas What you give is what will come back to you.♻️ Displaying care brings loyalty and quality work to table. Make time daily to acknowledge your team. Q: Who deserves your gratitude first? ✅PS: Studies show saying thanks can reduce stress hormones.

Thanksgiving isn’t about gratitude. It’s about WHO feels your gratitude. Your employees won’t remember the bonus check. Your partners won’t remember the quarterly review. But they will remember: • The “thank you” that came unexpectedly. • The time you listened, really listened. • The way you showed up when it mattered. Gratitude isn’t an annual event. It’s an everyday action. This Thanksgiving, don’t just be thankful—show it. Call your team. Send a personal note. Celebrate the people who make it all possible. Because success is built on human connection. By the way: We can't ask for better partners or team members because we're already working with the best! Thank you! How will you show your gratitude today?

The power of recognition done right in action As a people manager this is allows me to stay up to date with the impact my team is having within the organization.
Chief Operating Officer at Bonusly - living my passion to build and impact high performance cultures
Was away for an offsite and the team did some amazing work. Flying back home.. able to get on Bonusly and recognize them for what they did and also highlight it to the rest of the company. I am so proud of this team and so grateful that I can show my appreciation through a platform like Bonusly. Whether with a platform or otherwise, do take a moment as the year comes to a close, to reflect and recognize your teams. It is the best feeling ever to reflect on achievements and look forward to what is ahead.

As we've entered the darkest time of year and festive season in the West, I realize how much I have to be grateful for. While reflecting, I thought about how the way we express gratitude —whether it’s focused on "we" or "me"— can shape not just our relationships but also how our contributions are perceived. For example, if you instinctively say "we" instead of "I" when sharing your achievements, you’re likely operating from the perspective of the We-Mind. This approach thrives on shared success, lifting others up, and fostering connection. It’s a powerful and generous way to live. But in a world that often rewards the behaviour of the Me-Mind —self-promotion, individualism and competition— your impact can be overlooked. Ever told yourself “If I do great work, others will notice”? That’s classic We-Mind thinking. The reality? In the me-minded world. whether at home or at work, recognition isn’t automatic. It requires clear communication, sometimes loud, sometimes persistent. So, as you reflect on everything you’re grateful for, here’s a gentle challenge: celebrate yourself too. Acknowledge what "we" achieved as a team, but don’t forget to honour your unique contributions. Gratitude isn’t just about what you share with others; it’s also about recognizing your own brilliance. This is not a matter of choosing one thinking pattern over the other. True accomplishment comes from knowing when to lean into each. Celebrate the collective wins. Take ownership of your individual achievements. And maybe you’ll inspire those around you to value the best of both minds. This season, let your gratitude be a bridge between "we" and "me," between generosity and self-recognition, and between all you’ve done and all you’re capable of becoming. #Gratitude #WeMindVsMeMind #SelfLeadership #Happiness

Tell me the things you love the most about your job? This one is easy for me - it’s the people! I firmly believe the people are the heart and soul of every organisation. It’s quite possible that we spend more of our awake time with the people we work with, compared to the people we live with! For this reason, and many others, it’s quite important that we enjoy our time with them. I am thankful and grateful for me this is very true. Thank you to my amazing team (some pictured here below) for filling my day and my heart with laughter and joy 🤍 If you aren’t as fortunate as me, here’s some tips that may help: 👋 Take time to say hi to everyone when you arrive into the office or a meeting. This simple basic step can really help set a positive tone. 👫 With respect and privacy, try to find a common connection or interest. It maybe something as simple as you like the same lunch spot or coffee shop. ☕️ Invite people with you on your morning journey to the coffee shop. Walking and talking is a great way to connect and get in a few extra steps. 🥙 Schedule regular and consistent lunch breaks. Invite all to join in. Finding laughter in your break is a great way to refresh the mindset for the afternoon ahead. Lastly, always respect that everyone is different and without this diversity the world would be a boring place. Enjoy and embrace 🤍

🎄 Christmas is just around the corner. For many of us, it’s a time of rest, reflection, and taking a step back. But for me, it also marks the beginning of an exciting project that I want to share with you over the next ten weeks. My Journey Over the Next Few Weeks – Thoughts and Motivation I’ve decided to write a series over the next ten weeks, focusing not only on technology and innovation but also on what drives me as the CEO of FlyNex. However, before diving into the content, I plan to use the next few days for reflection and relaxation. Christmas is a time for me to clear my head and find new ideas and perspectives. 🧠✨ Tomorrow is December 24th – Christmas Eve. It’s a time when I consciously step back, focus on myself, and take time to observe how the simple act of giving and being present affects those around me. After all, we are all very similar, and the joy and peace that come from these moments remind me of the importance of focusing on others and the world around us. During these quiet moments, I realize that it’s not only about taking care of myself, but also about ensuring that I’m in the right mindset to lead my team effectively. I owe it to my employees to always have a clear head, to make decisions thoughtfully, and to come up with great results. Christmas is a special time for self-reflection and growth. It allows me to turn my attention to the needs of others and helps me find new topics and ideas to bring into the work we do every day. The holidays are a great opportunity to recharge, observe, and prepare for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. I’m excited to share these thoughts and reflections with you over the next few weeks, and I hope they spark some inspiration for your own journey as well. 👉 Stay tuned for my next post. Wishing you a restful Christmas and a reflective start to the year ahead! 🎄🚀

Last night, a sugar craving hit me and my mom around 1 AM. Outside, a thunderstorm raged, with heavy rain pounding against our windows. despite the weather, we decided to satisfy our sweet tooth by ordering classic vanilla ice cream, my mom's favorite, from Swiggy Instamart. In just 15 minutes, our delivery executive arrived at our doorstep, drenched but smiling, with our order in hand. As I received the items, the sound of the storm was still roaring outside. I asked him, "Bhaiya, aapko kuch paani vagere du peene ko?" (Brother, would you like some water to drink?) With a beautiful smile, he replied, "No sir ji, already baher itna paani hai." (No sir, there’s already so much water outside) (he meant heavy rainfall) 😄 As he left, I couldn’t help but reflect on the contrast between our situations. We, as modern employees, enjoy the privilege of working from the comfort of our homes or any location we choose. Yet, we often find ourselves feeling frustrated with our work and lives, sometimes doubting our privileges. That moment was a powerful reminder of gratitude. It made me realize how blessed we are and how essential it is to appreciate what we have. It also reinforced the importance of striving to become better versions of ourselves and contributing positively to our society. Helping others and making a difference in someone’s life is the ultimate role of us. What moments have made you feel grateful recently?
