In today's competitive landscape, engaging with existing communities and building new ones is essential for brands: > It fosters loyalty > Enhances customer retention > Turns customers into brand advocates! By actively participating in communities, brands gain valuable feedback and create personalized experiences that truly resonate with their audience. BUT: Engaging with communities also requires genuine interest and authentic representation from brands. It's not just about a flashy collab; it's about truly listening, understanding, and addressing the needs and concerns of the community. Exit Five Community engagement is at an all-time high Here's a recap for May ➡ 39% MAU The average community in Circle our size has 28% MAU, and we're at 39%—which is 39% higher!!! ➡ 295 Member Posts and 1900 Comments Up 15% and 25% from last month (respectively). Members are posting more and engaging with each other's posts. ➡ 6.44 Post/Comment Ratio This is up 8.55% from last month. Each post is getting 6-7 comments from members (not admins), which is awesome because you only need ONE good answer to help you get unstuck. *** The increase in engagement comes down to three things 1. Removed ability for members to self-promote: focusing solely on members providing value for other members 2. Dedicated spaces: We went from a general discussion space to breaking the community into spaces for demand gen, ABM, content, product mkt, mkt ops, and agencies 3. Events/AMAs: We hold 2-3 member-exclusive events every month. This month, we're hosting an AMA with Pranav Piyush on Marketing Measurement and a LinkedIn ads teardown with Anthony Blatner.
