People struggled to find providers they could trust. 👀This was the same for both founders and investors. So we set out to change that. 🥰Fast forward 8 months and I certainly didn’t expect to have 130+ world class names all signed up ahead of launch on day one! 🔥Names like BlackRock, BDO, Cooper Parry, Sage, Airwallex, The UpGroup, Erevena, Goodwin as well as smaller boutiques like Finerva, Ragged Edge and Transatlantic. 😮As a Founder, launching your product into public is both super exciting and scary! 😅Your product is literally a manifestation of yourself. Time flies! I recently marked my 7th year at Flourish, and what a ride it's been. 🎉 First off, I'm incredibly grateful for our team. You folks continue to challenge me, pushing me to learn and improve every single day. And somehow, you make it fun to come into work while doing it! Looking back, so much has changed: 🌟 Our team has grown, bringing fresh perspectives and new ways to tackle our challenges. It's exciting, but scaling brings its own hurdles (the good kind, though!). 🌟 We've ventured into new territories, like annuities. Each new business line is a puzzle waiting to be solved. 🌟 Our acquisition by MassMutual opened up a whole new chapter. New challenges? Absolutely. New opportunities? You bet. But some things remain wonderfully constant: 💥 Our debate-based collaborative culture.
