Today is #nationalrainbowbabyday - and we’re holding space for all the rainbow babies (and pregnancies) out there, as well as taking a moment to remember the siblings who came before them. For anyone who’s experienced miscarriage, subsequent ‘rainbow pregnancies’ can also bring a mixture of emotions - joy tempered by anxiety, hope shadowed by fear. Your Wounded Parts = Your Inner Child You know those little triggers or fears that pop up—the ones that make you feel insecure, angry, or just…off? Here’s a cool perspective: those are actually your inner child calling out for love and attention. We often talk about “wounded parts” of ourselves, but at the end of the day, those parts are really just our younger selves, carrying old hurts and unmet needs. They pop up as a way of saying, “Hey, remember me? I’m still here!” When we take the time to reparent these parts, everything shifts. For me, reparenting has been like wrapping those parts up in a warm hug, letting them know they’re safe, seen, and supported. It’s a whole new level of self-love—one where I get to be the nurturing adult I needed back then. And after doing this? I feel so much lighter, calmer, and way more at peace with myself. It’s like those old wounds don’t run the show anymore. Instead, I’m showing up as my whole, empowered self. Give it a try. Your inner child is always ready to hear from you #InnerChild #Reparenting #SelfLove #HealingJourney #DeepTransformation #CreatetheLifeYouAreHereFor #YouAreNotAlone #ItsPossible #WhatIf

Kindness can change lives, and sometimes it's the smallest acts that make the biggest difference. How UNSCRIPTED can this be? Kindness knows no age bounds. Strangers can indeed build our wall and give that sense of security, just as this group of friends witnessed an elderly man celebrating his birthday alone, buying a small cake with a candle and making a wish. accionvegana by his solitude, they decided to surprise him with a bigger cake, filling his eyes with tears of joy. This heartwarming moment shows us that kindness knows no age bounds. In a world where the elderly are often overlooked, it's the small acts of love and compassion that can bring light into their lives. Let's learn from these women who dared to bend the rules of indifference and showed kindness to a stranger. Their selfless act is a reminder that we all have the power to make a difference in someone's life. As we strive to create a more compassionate world, let's not forget our elderly neighbors, friends, and family members who may be waiting for someone to show them love and care. Let's unleash our inner kindness and make unforgettable moments for those who need it most. #KindnessMatters #GeriatricCare #CompassionInAction #OkareCares ♻️Repost

Our bonds with our mothers are deeply rooted, but they can be complex and painful. Her reaction shaped my understanding of love, rejection, and ultimately self-worth. **🌟 Key Takeaways:** - The psychological roots of why we defend our mothers. - The turning point in my journey to self-acceptance. - How letting go of old patterns can help us heal. **💡 Join the Conversation:** 💬 Have you experienced something similar? Let’s start a compassionate dialogue about family dynamics and healing. 👍 Like this post if this resonates with you. 📢 Share your thoughts or stories in the comments—or privately if you prefer. You may need to be ready to read this… but the family tree can also be pruned! ————🌳🍃 Not all mothers love Not all fathers defend There are families so toxic That the marked distance Clear and firm Is the only remedy to heal Not all of us come from love We were unwanted Unexpected Unplanned And in many cases the product Of a rape Although our parents Were married There are mothers driven mad Who dump on us Their anger and their wounds There are fathers who Don't care about us Neither before, nor now, nor ever There are cruel brothers Abusive, violent and who believe they have the right over us. There are sisters who betray They steal, they talk, they envy Even what is ours There are violent, ungrateful children Distant and abusive with their parents. Children who do not love their own parents who are with them because they are convenient or to obtain any gain. There are families that are never there Or will be there for us Only when it suits them To continue using us in the name of the blood that unites us Until we stop Romanticizing the family, The couple, the parents, the siblings We will not be able to grow, heal And set healthy limits To heal It is necessary to see the shadow, The dark side of our tree. Take strength and courage To get away from what Has harmed you all your life. -Unknown (Recovered from ‘Philosophy of life’) . . . . . #therapy #awareness #familytree #familytherapy #healingtrauma #ai #healthyrelationships #familyconstellations #intergenerationaltrauma Video by imagineered.ai
