As our business grows, we start to find less time for the minor details. I like to call them "𝐩𝐞𝐛𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬". The thing is, if these "pebbles" are left unnoticed, they can become overwhelming. I like to call these "𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬". Then you may end up needing TNT to break them down! 💣 Here's how we can address the small details that can later become bigger problems: 1️⃣ 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: We should treat them just as important as our major projects. 2️⃣ 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝: A well-organized system can help you catch issues early. 3️⃣ 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞: Take advantage of delegating responsibilities to your team or a virtual assistant.
