Replace your doubts with data. When we doubt, it's because we don't have enough insight into something - we haven't done the reps. If you're unsure whether an idea or a strategy is going to work, do some research and analysis. Get some data. Then you can talk about the data. Don't focus on how you feel about something. Because that's only relative to the data you have (or don't have). Get that data first. Then move forward with certainty. That's why scorecards and waiting lists work so well. They give you all the data you need to move forward without doubt, and make the best decisions for your business. #DataDriven #BusinessConfidence #StrategicInsights
