Yesterday I did a Feng Shui walk-through of a client's new home. She had a lot of pictures and decorative items and she needed to figure out what to put where for the best possible flow of energy. What's so fascinating to me is always the psychological aspect of Feng Shui. One of the items I looked at for her was a nice piece of driftwood art in a heart shape. The only problem? It looked like a heart that had been broken in pieces!! Not what you want in the Relationships area of your home! She was so grateful that I saw that and gave her that insight. Because our homes are so close to us, we often don't see what we are "communicating" to the Universe through our choices in decor. We need fresh eyes to show them to us, and through the eyes of a Feng Shui consultant, everything has meaning and energetic importance.
