Another satisfied client! Here is what we did ⬇️: 💡Built a business process map to document the steps for delivering their services. This visualization allows the team to visualize all the steps that comprise delivering the desired service - a workshop, or workshop series. Furthermore, the Administrator can effectively understand the next steps to take in getting from point A to point B. 💡Automated their client discovery process (intake form ➡️ schedule Discovery Call) 💡Implemented ClickUp, a project/task/team management online tool to help the Administrator to track and manage tasks. Furthermore, a Kanban Board was created withing ClickUp to display the customer's journey from "Discovery Call thru Delivery." With the Kanban Board, JW Health Consulting can easily see where each client is on the journey, identify bottlenecks, anticipate needs, and determine what tasks need to be handled next. 💡Optimized Calendly, an online scheduling system, to make scheduling client-facing appointments simple and streamlined.
