Well the said innovation sounds good.... but....there is a greater challenge also ....If we remove water ( basically the moisture) then Bangaluru as mentioned will have dry air and very soon that dry air will have high temperature & when it moves upside ( law of physics) then it will have a two layer and resultant will have 🌀🌀cyclonic effect and sand storms will generate......The climatic eco will change drastically.....

Same time, the after effects of draining water particles from atmosphere needs to be look in to. Otherwise, serious climatic impacts can develop.
